Where can you find the animated icons that i see many people using in the forums. I have found some sites but they all have a bunch of spyware or adware. Would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

I use Get Smile and Smileycons. They both have to be purchased, but there is no spyware or adware. You get free updates and Smileycons have free add on smilies through out the year. I have been happily using them both for about a year now. Here are the links.

Great site, Sleeping Dragon!

I use the Smilies plugin for Maxthon. It comes with a lot of good ones, and makes it easy to add new ones from different sites.

Here's a couple other good sites, Link and Link.

Smileys matter!!!

Smiley Central has a nice collection for smileys. But it lets you download a sort of application to be able to avail of their smileys. sort of a drawback, ain't it? anyway, check this smiley from that site. Wakka Wakka
